At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates!

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. What are the delivery fees?

  • Free delivery on orders over R750

  • For orders under R750, a standard delivery fee will apply and is calculated at checkout based on your area

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please email us at trendoraclothingwear@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at trendoraclothingwear@gmail.com.
